By using Your Shout you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Your Shout is a group spending application that allows users to create and join shared spending kitties. Users contribute funds to a shared pot and receive a virtual payment card to spend from it. The service is provided by WiFi Connect Ltd trading as Your Shout.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Your Shout. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide during onboarding is accurate and complete.
Virtual payment cards are issued via Stripe Issuing. Each card is tied to a specific kitty and expires automatically when that kitty ends. Cards must only be used for lawful purchases. Your Shout and Stripe reserve the right to suspend or cancel cards at any time.
All funds contributed to a kitty are held securely. The kitty lead is responsible for managing the kitty and approving spend requests where applicable. Your Shout is not responsible for disputes between kitty members regarding spending decisions.
You agree not to use Your Shout for any unlawful purpose, to launder money, to fund prohibited activities, or to circumvent financial regulations. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your Shout is provided in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, WiFi Connect Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Any balance remaining in a kitty at the end of its duration will be refunded to members proportionally based on their contribution. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you believe a transaction on your virtual card was unauthorised or incorrect, contact us at hello@yourshout.io within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate and work with Stripe to resolve the dispute.
Where subscription fees apply (business tier), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused periods. Contact us to discuss.
Per-kitty charges are non-refundable once a kitty has been created and members have joined.
Email hello@yourshout.io with your name, the kitty reference, and details of your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
The kitty lead may cancel a kitty at any time before funds have been fully spent. On cancellation, any remaining balance will be refunded to members proportionally. Members who have already spent from the kitty will not receive a refund for spent amounts.
You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@yourshout.io. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any active kitties you lead must be closed before account deletion.
Business tier subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Kitties automatically expire at the end of their set duration (tonight, weekend, week etc). Virtual cards are cancelled automatically on expiry. Any unspent balance is returned to members.
We share necessary data with Stripe for payment processing and card issuance, and with identity verification providers as required by law. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. Contact hello@yourshout.io to exercise these rights.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years thereafter as required by financial regulations.

Any promotional offers will be subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. Your Shout reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
